METAL PLATFORM
The platform is constructed of welded steel profiles covered with corrugated iron sheet. Every metal surface is primed and painted with two coats of anticorrosive paint.
FLINTEC-RC3 COMPRESSION LOAD CELLS
The type RC3 are stainless steel self centering rocker column load cells with complete hermetic sealing. Fully waterproof(IP68).
KPF JUNCTION BOX
The FLINTEC-KPF junction box, is used to combine the signals from the load cells. It is an intermediate link between the load cells and the electronic module.
FLINTEC FT-11 ELECTRONIC MODULE
The FLINTEC FT-11 digital weight indicator, measure, diagnoses and indicates the weight of the vehicle positioned on the platform. Large 6 digit LED weight display (red 20 mm / panel type 14 mm) with weight status information.
COMPUTER AND PRINTER
A computer and a printer may be connected to the system on customer request. They may be used for storage and printing of information obtained from the electronic module. The software is suited to print a document for the measured wieght - gross, tare and net weight. It can generate a report for the incoming/outgoing cargos grouping the data by materials, or by clients.
